About our owner, Mr. David Norris
Over the last 20 years, David has physically installed, configured, troubleshoot, and or upgraded telephone systems, cellular, and computer networks and worked on telecommunications projects around the world such as; in Colombia, Alaska, Germany, France, Norway, Amsterdam Canada, Panama, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Barbados, Saint Kitt’s just to name a few.
Mr. Norris currently resides in South Florida but over the last couple of years, most of his national projects have been out of state, at Alabama State University, Harvard University, Green bay Packers Stadium, Michigan State University, the Enfamil factories in Michigan, and Wisconsin. David was hired on one of the largest multi-million dollar projects where he worked on the Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Hotel in Hollywood, Florida as a Sr. Telecommunications Foreman/Sr. lead RF Engineer. As the first line of contact, overseeing all aspects of telecommunications, David introduced proper hazard / FLRA / group risk assessments, improved inspections, and achieved buy-in‘s from Operations; implemented claims management, safety control, including foremen specific training along with proper certifications for all management and supervisory safety personnel.
Safety is always a major concern when working, while onsite Mr. Norris raised safety standards significantly through multiple new initiatives which subsequently reduced incidents from 16 to 3 annually, and safer together programs to the Hard Rock specific sites which contributed to a 60% decrease in incidents on-site.
